Northwest Detroit, on the east side of Livernois just north of Fenkell Avenue. If you know the Avenue of Fashion stretch of Livernois, we are south of it.

Parking

Free street parking directly on Livernois outside the shop, and on the side streets off Fenkell. You will not be circling the block.

By bus

The DDOT Livernois route runs directly past the door, and the Fenkell route crosses it a few steps away. Get off at Livernois & Fenkell.

Driving in

About five minutes from the Southfield Freeway (M‑39) and ten from the Lodge (M‑10). Coming down from Ferndale or Oak Park, stay on Livernois and you will run straight into us.

Where can I buy an unlocked iPhone in Detroit?

Do I have to buy a plan or sign a contract?

No. We sell you the phone and nothing else. There is no line of service to open, no monthly device charge, no credit check and no commitment. Put your existing SIM in and it works.

Are your used iPhones unlocked?

Yes. Every iPhone we sell is carrier unlocked and works on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Metro, Cricket and Boost. You will never pay an unlock fee later or find yourself stuck when you switch carriers.

How do you check a used iPhone before selling it?

The same way we check phones we buy: the IMEI is verified clean against lost, stolen and blocked databases, battery health is read, and screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, Face ID and charging are all tested. We tell you the grade and show you why.

Can I see and test the phone before I pay?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Turn it on at the counter, check the screen, take a photo, look at the battery health with us standing there. Nothing is sold sight unseen.

What if you do not have the iPhone I want in stock?

Tell us the model, storage and your budget and we source it through the same trade-in and wholesale channels we buy through. We inspect it first, then call you when it is ready to look at. No deposit and no obligation to take it.

Do you sell Android phones?

No. We handle iPhones only, because we repair them every day and know exactly what fails on each generation. We can activate service on an Android you already own.

Is there a warranty on a used iPhone?

Any warranty or return period is stated in writing on your receipt at the time of purchase. Ask before you pay and we will tell you exactly what it is on that specific phone.
