Why not mail your
phone to a stranger?

Mail-in repair means boxing up the one device you use for everything — your messages, your photos, your banking — and posting it to someone you'll never meet. Then waiting. If the quote changes once it's in their hands, you're negotiating from three states away with no phone.

    Settings → your name → iCloud → iCloud Backup → Back Up Now. If your screen is too damaged to navigate, don't worry — bring it in and we'll talk through the options.

    Know your passcode

    We need to power the phone on and test the repair — the screen, the touch response, Face ID, the cameras. That means unlocking it. We can't test properly without it.

    Turn off Find My if you're able

    Not always required, but it makes some repairs smoother. Settings → your name → Find My → Find My iPhone.

  4. 4

    Tell us everything that's wrong

    A cracked screen that also won't charge is two jobs, not one. Mention it when you book so we have both parts on hand and quote you properly the first time.

About five minutes from the Southfield Freeway (M‑39) and ten from the Lodge (M‑10). Coming down from Ferndale or Oak Park, stay on Livernois and you will run straight into us.
