Every answer here is a question we get asked in person at 15300 Livernois, written up by the people who answer it — not a content team. Each one opens with the short answer, explains why in plain English, and ends with what to do next, whether that is a free tool on this site or walking in. When a policy, a model list or a turnaround time changes, the answer changes with it.
We say what we cannot do as plainly as what we can. We buy iPhones only. We cannot read blacklist status from a stored database. A carrier unlock depends on the carrier. Those limits are in the answers, not hidden behind them.
