Every sale has a tracking page. Enter your sale number and the email or phone you gave us — no account needed — and you can see exactly where the phone is and what stage it is at.
Paid within a business day
We check it the day it lands and pay once you accept, by check, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal. If the phone is not as described we show you what we found before anything is paid.
Risk of loss stays with the sender until the package reaches us, as with any shipment — keep your receipt when you hand it over.
